Hi, I'm Vanessa! A Board Certified Licensed Therapist, Mom Coach, Speaker and Host of the Free to Be Mindful Podcast with 20+ years of experience working with thousands of children and families.
I've done some pretty cool things like being featured on the Today Show, Univision, Parents, and Parents Latina. But my two greatest joys are being a mom to a tween and toddler (they're yep... 10.5 years apart!).
I created Amiga Moms™ to give moms what I once needed - real tools, real understanding, and a community that feels like home.
Through coaching and events I help moms reduce overwhelm, quiet the chaos, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the joy in motherhood. Not by chasing perfection or changing who they are, but by showing up for themselves with the same care and attention they give everyone else.
