Why am I so passionate about this?
I created the Mom Stress to Mom Success course because I know firsthand how overwhelming and stressful motherhood can be. As a licensed therapist, mindfulness educator, and, most importantly, a mom, I’ve experienced those moments where it feels like you’re constantly juggling everything and yet still falling short. I’ve been there - feeling the pressure to be the perfect mom, manage the household, and stay calm in the midst of chaos.
My passion for this course comes from a place of wanting to empower moms to let go of the guilt and overwhelm, and instead, embrace a new way of parenting - one filled with mindfulness, connection, and self-compassion. I’m excited to share these tools and insights with you so that you can create the calm and connected family life you deserve.
