Refund Policy

Each purchase has specific dates and deadlines that must be met to qualify for a refund. Please refer to the policy provided with each purchase for details. The terms outlined below are general terms that apply to Amiga Moms as a whole.

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and give your best effort. The Company provides a full refund if requested in writing via email to hello@amigamoms.com by the deadline set forth by the specific Program / Service. 

 

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor, will not be able to expedite any refunds, or repay fees inquired from the payment processor.

 

If you receive a refund, you will immediately lose access to the Program or Services, including any materials, resources, and bonuses. You shall also immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. 

 

All other services and programs are eligible for a refund within one week of a written request to hello@freetobemindful.com for any services not yet rendered, unless otherwise specified in the refund policy and terms and conditions of the specific service or program.
